    The Sunnah of entertaining the guest Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (radiyallahu ‘anhu) reported that Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wasallam) said: ‘Whosoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should honour his guest.’ (Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 6018)   Another version of this Hadith states: ‘Hospitality is [very recommended] for three days.
